Application fees and procedure
Admission form is available at below mentioned office address from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on any weekday (Monday - Saturday) against cash payment of Rs. 500/-. However, application form is also available by post against a Demand Draft of Rs. 600/- in favor of SBIHM payable at Kolkata. Candidates may also download application form online at http://sbihm.com/images/awards/app_form.pdf and filled-in form has to be submitted to the following address along with a DD of Rs. 600/- as mentioned above and four copies of candidate's recent passport size photograph.
