About Seth GS Medical College And Kem Hospital
About Seth GS Medical College And KEM Hospital, MumbaiIt was started in the year 1926 and located in Parel area of Mumbai. The Medical college provides training to 2000 medical students and also provides education for undergraduate degree and post graduate degree in medical field.
Research projects and PhD are also available in various allied specialties. They also have a nursing school separately. They have around 390 physicians working with 550 doctors. It is funded by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and have around 1800 beds to treat underprivileged section of our society.
Available departmentsThe whole organization has a long list of departments available. It starts from Anatomy and goes till Urology in alphabetical order. They have research labs also to facilitate sample testing and diagnosis. All the departments have separate rooms for teaching equipped with advanced technology instruments.
