Vice-Chancellor vacancy at JSS University Noida
JSS University, Noida invites applications from distinguished academicians who are eminent scholars for appointment to the post of Vice-Chancellor. The candidate should be a visionary with a commitment to academic excellence and innovation, with the ability to establish strategic plans for the development and growth of the university and build bridges with industry and academia. A brief overview of Responsibilities: As the Vice-Chancellor, you will oversee the administrative, financial, and academic operations of the university, and will be responsible for fostering partnerships with Govt., industry, and other academic institutions. While fostering an environment conducive to academic excellence, research, and innovation, you will ensure that there is compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Eligibility requirements
1. Academic Qualifications and Research Credentials: You should have a Ph.D. or an equivalent qualification with a record of research and publication2. Experience: You should have proven experience in a leadership role in academia, preferably as a Vice Chancellor, Provost, or Dean.
3. General Skills: You should have leadership abilities to lead and manage diverse teams in a competent manner. It is essential to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be familiar with the regulatory and accreditation processes in higher education.
