Is our Judiciary approachable to a common man?

The judiciary system in the country is very crucial in maintaining social justice for every person in the country. Many people say that our judiciary system is common man friendly. But sometimes when we observe closely we feel still some issues are making this system unapproachable to the common man.
Many people in our country may not know the ways means to reach a court to get justice. Their fate is in the hands of the lawyers. A poor man may not be able to use the services of a competent Lawyer because of the cost involved. A rich man can hire a lawyer by spending a good amount of money. How to address this problem is a big question

As a teacher, I believe that while our judiciary aims to be fair, it is not always easily accessible to the common man, especially in villages. Many people are unaware of legal procedures and rely entirely on lawyers, which can be costly. In rural areas, I have observed that lack of awareness, financial constraints, and slow legal processes often prevent people from seeking justice. Free legal aid services exist but are not widely known or accessible. To truly make justice reachable, legal literacy programs, affordable legal assistance, and simplified procedures must be promoted at the grassroots level.

That is true. Many poor people in villages feel that going to court is costly. Lawyers try to collect the maximum fees from such people regardless of their financial situation. The delay in finalising the cases is another issue.
