Huge benefits of the "Yes, so what?" attitude to life

In our careers, we do get good bosses. Or very bad bosses. Even bullies and sadists. It is but natural to swear some revenge. We criticize them badly when we refer to them, normally, even five years after we are no way connected to them.

Yet, we do meet some people, who would have gone through equally bad or even worse personal experiences from bosses or some close friend who have betrayed them, or a business partner, who would have just cheated them but their attitude is something like "Yes, so what?'' and then they tend to be as normal as possible. They always look forward to doing something new, and even if it means venturing into something totally new, they would rather do it, rather than brooding over the past. Yes, they will be more careful to not make any mistake either by themselves or with others. They might choose their new friends carefully. But, they would not complain. They come across as very optimistic individuals.

We often have a lot to learn from such people.

I have seen some such people who go ahead in their own way irrespective of the treatment they get from their bosses. Even though they never like their bosses they never comment bad against that man. They will be very cautious and careful. They will see that no mistake will be committed by them. In such cases, the bosses can't do anything. But such people will also have some enemies. They try to say against such people to their boss. But when the bosses get into details, they can't find anything wrong and they will not go ahead against them.
