Kailash, it has already been told on earlier occasions and in this thread too that stories or poems will not be entertained as an entry to the topic of the week entries. Please try to understand. I fail to understand why you have become so doubtful now.

GLOOMY OR DEPRESSING THOUGHTS ARE INEVITABLE

No matter how happily and cheerfully you start your day. There comes a phase when you are not happy ,you feel depressed, suicidal thoughts comes on your mind and you don't even know the reason or the place where these thoughts are stemming from, and that is completely normal because at the end of the day ,these types of thoughts really are evitable.
Sometimes, you know the reason of these thoughts looming over your head and that's when its easiest to come over these thoughts because the more ambiguous the thoughts are the more difficult they are to push them out of your head. The most you can do is to find a way that helps you to grow out of these thoughts and don't let these thoughts cause damage to you, but if you dream of an utopia that one day when I'll be so rich or so happy or so satisfied that these kind of thoughts won't come near to me, so let me break this to you that its never going to happen. Even on the day you'll have everything , there will come a phase when you'll be depressed again, you'll find yourself surrounded with these thoughts , and you know why because these thoughts really are inevitable.
The solution to break out of these gloomy thoughts can differ from person to person. For example, some would like to talk and rant about this to their that one person and they would start feeling good, some would like to listen to their favorite song and dance on it, some would go on a walk, some might just want to sleep and some might just scribble it all in their diaries.
When you see yourself surrounded with these thoughts, it's understandable that every little thing annoys you, every person around you annoys you, you don't want to see them or talk to them but you should try to keep that in mind that it's not that person's fault and you don't want to hurt them unintentionally .
To conclude, one must find their happy place, their happy activity or their happy song or anything that help them to lift their mood and face these gloomy or depressing thoughts bravely without causing any harm to his/her mental health instead of running away from these thoughts because you possibly can't run far away.

    Shailja,

Please read the instructions. Your writeup should not be in a response to this thread. You have to submit a separate forum thread and then give a link to it in the response to this thread. Since you are new, you are perhaps in an excitable rush to participate and hence did not read the instructions carefully.

I suggest you put the text in a new thread and replace the response you put in #762857 above with the link to that thread. Also, note that we do not encourage putting text in all caps as it is equivalent to verbal shouting.

Thank you Vandana Maa'm for your response. As I am new here so I was a little bit confused about how to create a link and post it on forum, and when I tried to create the link the site responded that this facility is available to regular contributors of the site. Please resolve my query.
And I request editors to please delete my earlier response from this forum thread.
