Rightly said prabhu.Autocad 2006 is best because of its simplicity in use.very user friendly.Most of the options available in recent versions is also available in this version.
More over you can use auto cad vba to its full extent without any additional module.
also Autocad 3d is very much simplified and easy to handle it.

According to me, For the user friendly and easier options with the all the options enabled is auto cad 2006 only.
