Ingredients : ------------- Chicken 500gm Onions 3 small ones Tomatos 2 Curry leaves 5 Gingergarlic paste 5 tspoons Yogurt 5 tspoons Turmeric 2 tspoons Chilly powder 5 tspoons Coconut powder 4 tspoons Coriander seeds 2 tspoons Green Cardamom 3 Cinnamon 3 Cloves 4 Cashew Nut powder 6 tspoons (Grind CashewNuts) Oil 10 Tspoons Salt 4 Tspoons
Marination: -------------- chicken,redchilly powder,turmeric Power and solt marinate all these items up to one hour. Masala Preparation: -------------------- Use the pan and fry coriander seeds,green cardamom,cinnamon,cloves togeteher Grind all fried ingredients and put aside Preparation: ------------ Take a pan add oil and heat for 2-3mins Add curry leaves and Green chillis fry them for 2-3mins Add onions and fry up to onions turn to red Add tomato and fry them 5 minutes after that add ginger garlic paste and yogurt Add Marinated Chicken and heat them for 10mins Add coconut powder and cook them in a medium heat for 20 minutes Add cashew nut powder and cook it for 5mins Add Coriander Leaves on the top of it for good smell Now Your cashew-nut chicken is ready to eat
