Scientists at the Pune-based Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) are set to create artificial rain with National Cloud Seeding Programme .
Cloud seeding is the process of introducing chemicals into the upper part of clouds in order to stimulate the precipitation process and get rain.

China is a very much advanced country all over the world. I know But they are doing Artificial Rain project Research for destruction work to fight. It can also be used in constructive work. I think they want to grab the world. At the current situation China products have captured the market of all the countries. They should not do this but, they are doing this intentionally.

Sir,
Cloud seeding will increase precipitation and will introduce partciles into clouds. According to news agencies china was instrumental in creating artificial rain in Beijing which would help to relieve drought.

Chineese had practised artificial rain through chemical formations.
This was done way back in the year 2003.
