2/3 cup maida 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon each chopped parsley and freeze-dried chopped chives 1 cup shredded raw potato 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Method
1. Combine maida,salt, eggs, milk, parsley, and chives and grind in a mixie. 2. Allow it to stand for at least 30 minutes. 3. Blend the potatoes and onions. 4. Now divide the batter evenly and make it into pancake shape. 5. Put this in aluminum foil and bake in a 425° oven for about 25 minutes or until browned.
