Hi friends, This is winter time and our body reacts to this.There are many changes that our body undergo namely Skin dryness,Catching Cold etc...Here Are few winter diet that may be usefull to you all...
1. Eat fresh fruits and Vegtables like Radish ,Carrots,Fenugreek leaves,Spinach etc...these are rich in vitamin A and Iron.
2. Drink lots of water. Atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water will help you to avoid Skin dryness.
3. Instead of munching snacks you can take heart healthy food such as Almonds, walnuts etc...
4.Avoid processed and Tinned Food as they contain preservatives.
