Hi..iam a graduate(ECE) from chaitanya bharathi institute of technology.It was the time when IT industry is given more importance than any other by almost every engineer,I was one among them.We have campus selections as any other top most college in AP.It was june 26th when CTS came to our college to recruit people,i was very much determined to get selected for CTS(im a cognizant aspirant).As for my preparation,i've prepared well.I cleared the written exam(almost all of my friends were cleared).Then i started getting nervous,i went into the interviewer cabin..That HR was was a very nice person,very cool,friendly..He asked me about my personal details,i told him..as soon as i answered his questions i felt very comfortable,infact he made me comfortable..he asked me few questions about C language which i answered correctly and confidentally..he tested my GK,i was very poor in GK even though i managed..he didn't ask me anything related to technical..and then my interview was finished and i came out..That was my first interview in my life..The only secret for getting a job is being confident,eye contact,very very important thing a smile on your face..i always think these are the reasons for me being selected for CTS..
Im now placed in cognizant waiting for the joining date..
