Today a news regularly published in every newspaper about Maoist. But who are they if we ask ourselves we will see that Maoist are the result of present administrative system. Actually Maoist now comes from tribals who are deprived from the time of independence up to this time. They are illiterate and extreme poor; as a result they have lost t raise their demands.And the clever MP and MLAs were using this situations but not only the politicians but also the grass-root level administrators also sucked them as much as they can. Millions of Rupees is alloted in the central budget for the benefit of tribals and under developed society and they are regularly distributed but that amount is not used for the proper development of the poors.Developments is shown only in papers. But this cant be goes for year after after year. As the situation is changing and the poor class got the light of education and as a result they began to established their demands and when they were refused they became united and tried to get their demands fulfilled. First they delivered the charter demands in peaceful way everybody ignored them they became violent and took the path of Mao-tse-tung. Today they are using the violence just to fulfill their demands.It is the last way. If politicians were liberal and thought proper way they would not turned in violent and they would not come in th headlines of the newspaper. So at present Govt. Of India must consider their demands and talk with them openly and solve their problem in a systemic way.
