Kids to Leaders

This world poses numerous challenges encompassing the changes. The changes display their faces of victories; their robustness in competition; their versatility in ingenuity and scrutinize the true strength of children.

To bend a rod, it is treated hard. Likewise, a kid is shaped when exposed to competitive force.

Time is a tutor whose lessons are changes. There could be euphemistic learning from the lessons as well as dysphemistic lessons.

This new IT world has shrunk the world and the kids’ words. Thoughts have become phrases rather than talks; Art has mutated from Brush strokes to Key strokes. No more chalk and Blackboard – The Guru of the era is keyboard.

Mouse has become play pal and monitor has become comrade’s twin face. Truly the current world is shrinking communication beyond the geographical boundaries, but deeply developing solitude in the tiny young saplings.

These drawbacks need to be shattered. New world is emerging with brilliant opportunities. To confront the hurdles, kids surging with vigor need to be armed with talent, nurtured with intelligence, borne with agility, fed with freedom, wrapped with love and geared with confidence.

Kids need to be encouraged to become leaders. A good leader needs to be good follower. Gone are the days when the kids were expected to just follow. New day has dawned with bright new embryos with tiny neurons thinking about great giant ideas paving paths.

Children bubbling with energy need to be toned and not tamed. They are like fast flowing rivers whose path will be defined by strong supportive banks; the more the banks are strong and adaptive, the more the transparent the medium is and the more streamlined the path is. The more the banks are porous and reactive, the muddier the river is and the more off-tracked the stream is. Parents should see that change can’t be enforced and it comes from within. For their kids to grow up as good beings, they should plant the seed for it.

This day sees the open world stretching its wide hands full of choices, enormous openings, a starry heaven inviting to the unbound cosmos. Children are tender like tiny flowers but with extreme powers. The power needs to be rightly endowed with and rightly sapped as well. Children should be equipped with love, honesty and freedom of thought. Children should be provided a chance to realize the prize of knowledge, wealth of wisdom and wonder of inquisitiveness. Children who ponder can create wonders. Children who question can provide solution.

Parents are realizing the necessity for change. Change is the most inevitable thing in the world and to see the positive rays of change, the thing to fade should be resistance to change.

This world is changing to a great place to make the little heroes to true leaders conquering the universe, to break the limits known to mankind, to unravel the truth beyond the perception, to break the history of mysteries and to invite aliens for a drink.

From heron, kids be known as knowledgeable intelligent dexterous sapiens

Change is inevitable

Challenge it brings is not predictable;

Winners are the brave -

Losers are who just crave;

Kids will be today’s learners -

They are tomorrow’s Leaders!
