When I appeared for the post of Regional manager in Pricol an auto-component Company of national repute I had very little idea of the components they actually made.One thing that we bring ourselves in the interview is transparency,listening capacity,and eagerness to learn.Listening skills enabled me not only to understand what their products were all about but also organise my thoughts and ask appropriate questions about the job,and how my past experience was most appropriate for the current assignment.Also when ever in an interview we are asked about the reason for opting for a change the temptation of criticising the present Company is very high.That is the time when one should avoid that pitfall and start of with how good the Company is in certain specific areas however the urge to gather a little more challenge prompted me to go for a change.This somehow fixed the deal.
