Invites applications for New Admissions to Session 2009-2010 starting in December 2009 for Work-Integrated Learning Programmes.
The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, is a deemed to be university established under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. The Institute offers the following work-integrated learning programmes for the Human Resource Development needs of industries
Courses Offered:
INTEGRATED FIRST DEGREE PROGRAMME
Normal Duration: 6 Semesters
B.S. Engineering Technology (ET): Input requirements: Employed professionals holding a Technical Diploma or an undergraduate degree such as B.Sc. with minimum two year relevant experience in Engineering Industries.
HIGHER DEGREE PROGRAMMES
Normal Duration: 4 Semesters
1. M.S. Manufacturing Management (MM)
2. M.S. Software Systems (SS)
Input requirements: Employed professionals holding an Integrated First Degree of BITS or equivalent such as B.E. / M.Sc. with minimum one year relevant experience in Engineering Industries (for MM) and IT Industries (for Software systems).
