Buying a new home? For many of us its a dream come true. So we prefer to be cautious and will research on many things before actually going into the market.
Now that recession has eaten up the real estate market, major constructive firms are focusing on the idea of a better home at small price. Here goes the origin of concepts like " nano-homes" and "nano-flats".
What all things should you check before actually buying a new house? The first and foremost thing is budget.
1. Budget
You have to set a particular budget range so that you can buy a beautiful and well equipped home. You should stick on to your price range so that minimal financial defects occurs to you.But if the demand increases, sometimes you will be forced to be flexible on your budget. At that time consult a good broker and then only decide.

2. Location
The next but no the least thing to be taken care of is the location.Don't just buy a house blindly because it is very cheap. Take a good look at the location and the locality. Make sure you don't select an area filled with anti social elements in the society. That can be deleterious to you as well as to your family. Try buying a house near to a prime location. If you try to buy it on the prime location , then the price will shoot up. So it is better to try a place adjacent to the prime site so that the price is not that high. Also make sure that the facilities like school , market and other facilities are near and easily accessible from your place.

3. Facilities available
When you buy a flat or a house in a housing colony , check for the various facilities available there. The first and foremost is availability of good water supply. Make sure the area has got a good 24hr water supply. Other main facilities include Doctor on call , Fire safety measures , Power supply , availability of internet or Wifi zone etc etc

4. Furniture
Its always better to buy a house with no additional furniture. It is better to buy your own furniture yourself. That saves lot of money.Even though you might have to live in a mess for a few days.

5. Good Broker
After that you have set all the parameters straight and done all the home work , you need to find out a good broker who can get you a house which meets all your expectations and needs.

6. Home Loans
If you need some financial assistance, you can go for good housing loans which are available in all the banks. But before choosing one, go with the one having minimum interest and maximum pay out.

Now that you have made all the arrangements , its time to go into the market straight, buy the best that suits your needs.

Those who are looking for Home Loans should know the home loan better and one must try to avoid borrowing money. Proper home loan documentation should be done and must know various reasons for home loan rejection along with the tax implication for prepayment of home loan, whether increase EMI or loan tenure and also Loan Insurance.
