Hello ISC, With the recent lost of Team India against Pakistan and a few days later the match against Australia gave a terrible sign of danger for TeamIndia to work for otherwise the dream to win the World Cup again will remain as it is. The bowling department of team India was citisied a lot and apart from that the media was critising the bowling coach of India.The media also hyped the controversy that happened between our PACE ACE Bowler Ishant Shrma and the current bowling coach and former India Team Bowler Mr. Venketesh Prasad.a daily newspaper also said that the mentor for which Ishant Sharma was asking to be Indian Coach was not Prasad and so the clashes started beginning among the PACE ACE and master of Leg Cutter. According to me i totally disagree with the thought of appointing a new bowling coach for team India. As a coach's job is restricted to the warm up and practise session in the nets. Apart from that he only can assist the bowler during the nets and not in the middle of the ground. So whatever a coach does he does his level best to provide the best facility and best guidelines to the player so that he can make our country proud. As India was not having any coach in 1970 and still India performed well at home and abroad.It was just the dedication that was neede at that time but today the players only gives their more than 100 % to once get into the team and then after playing a certain good match winning innings they think that they are confirmed in the Team and hence more money comes there way and they get distorted from there target. I must suggest that India is not in a need for a good Bowling coach but the need for Indian Cricket team is of a performance based income.This is very well done in Cricket Australia and hence you can see the performance of any player in that team , if a certain player gets out of form for a longer period he is immediately replaced by the next player and to get back into the team he not only needs to get his form back but also wait till a place is empty for him or not.
