Verizon India Sample Placement Test Questions for 22nd April New Delhi Tyagi Public School employment test / exam paper.
This placement paper of Verizon was conducted by Merit trac. This company also conducts the exam for Flextronics so the exams & patterns for both Verizon and Flextronics are quite the same.
There were four sections:
1. Verbal
2. Aptitude
3. Mental Ability Questions
4. C Language & Data Structures
In verbal you better prepare from the GRE Barron’s 14th Edition starting questions or Fill in the blanks section. Most questions were based on your grammer practice i.e. questions related to use of Article (a,an,the). There is also a passage reading section.
The aptitude test questions section was just the normal R.S aggarwal quantitative questions. You can also study the Shakuntala Devi puzzles. Studying these would make the test easier for you.
The mental ability questions part is easy and you need not prepare. The questions are related to change of signs i.e if we replace * by -, / by + etc. type questions that would make paper more easier and you can score much more marks in that paper.
In C & Data Structures you must practice just the algorithms for Binary Search, Link list etc. to implement. The C language test part is the difficult compared to other sections but it can be easy for you if you have good knowledge of C language. Prepare the pointers, file handling, operators part properly.
You should be confident as there is nothing which is too difficult in Verizon placement test paper. You can see the previous sample placement test questions like these ones and practise yourself.
