Ingredients
Maida - 2 cups
Sooji/Rava - 3/4 cup
Curd - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Water as required
Oil for frying
Preparation Method of Baturas
1)Mix the above ingredients one by one and knead into a smooth dough.
2)Keep it aside for 2 hrs.
3)Make big balls of the dough.
4)Roll into slightly big and thick rounds, as we make for pooris.
5)Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
6)Fry well in oil.
Now the Baturas are ready to serve hot with channa masala.
