Bangalore University invites applications for admission to various Courses at Jnana Bharathi Campus, Central College Campus, P.G. Centre at Kolar and in affiliated Colleges for the academic year 2009-10.

Application procedure:
1. Eligible candidates can apply for more than one course in a single common Application Form. The Common Application Form and the Prospectus can be obtained from the places listed at the end of this notification on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for General Merit/Other category Candidates and Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) for SC/ST/Cat-l candidates. The duly filled in applications, along with necessary documents, should be submitted to the Co-ordinator, Centralized Admission Cell, Cyber Centre, adjacent to Chemistry Department, Central College Campus, Bangalore University, Bangalore – 560 001 before the last date.
2. Outstation candidates can obtain application forms by post, by sending a self-addressed envelope of 30×25 Cm.(affixing a stamp of Rs.50/-for students within Karnataka State and Rs.80/- for students from outside Karnataka State) along with a D.D. for Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for General Merit/Other category candidates and Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only)for SC/ST/Cat-l candidates, drawn in favour of The Finance Officer, Bangalore University, Bangalore addressed to The Co-ordinator, Centralized Admission Cell, Cyber Centre, Bangalore University, Bangalore – 560 001. Candidates submitting their applications by post should ensure that the duly filled in application, along with necessary documents, reaches the Centralized Admission Cell before the last date.
3. Alternatively, the Common Application Form and Bangalore University Prospectus can be downloaded from the University website www.bub.ernet.in The duly filled in application, along with necessary documents and a D.D. for Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for General Merit/Other Category candidates and Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) for SC/ST/Cat-l candidates, drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Bangalore University, Bangalore, should be submitted directly to the Co-ordinator, Centralized Admission Cell, before the last date.
Students applying for courses at P.G. Centre, Kolar, should have to submit their filled in applications at the Centralized Admission Cell Cyber Centre, Bangalore University, Bangalore-560 001 only. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
