Hi Sulagna, Thanks a lot to you for giving this great knowledge. I am also doing a lot of work to maintain my body. I think, I follows all your tips. One thing i will suggest that the best exercise to improve stamina and to shape the body is swimming. I am doing it from past two weeks and i have observed a great improvement in my stamina
