Everyone wants to be fit and slim. So in our modern society it’s a trend to go to gym and health clubs. But many of us have no idea that sometime it does more damage than good.

Here I give you some tips to keep in shape and improve your workouts.

1) Always be sure and monitor your heart rate when doing cardiovascular exercises. Even you feel alright you could be doing more damage than good to your heart.

2) Ask your trainer questions and crosscheck with an expert.

3) Weight training is always good. Weight training with moderate weight helps reduce fat cells in the body.

4) Nutrition is 85% of keeping in shape. If you don’t follow a balanced diet programs it will be impossible to lose or maintain your weight.

5) Cardiovascular / aerobic exercises should be a part of daily life. It protects our heart and maintains blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol.

6) Exercise is for health benefits and not just for weight loss.

7) Starving yourself or skipping meals will only make you gain weight. We must eat at regular intervals to lose or maintain our weight.

8) Running or starting any high impact sports activities without first gradually building up your stamina can be a major cause for injury.

I think it will help all readers. As a friend I request you to follow this steps.
