Avinashilingam University For Women Admissions - UG Courses

For admission to the Ist year B.A., B.Sc., B.S., B.B.A., B.C.A., B.P.E., B.Com., and B.Sc., B.Ed., M.Ed., Degree Courses, the applicant must have completed seventeen years of age as on 1st July, 2009.
Application for admission to the first year of the Bachelor's Degree courses should be sent within ten days of publication of the results of the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Examinations to the Registrar, Avinashilingam University for Women, Coimbatore-43, in the prescribed application form available in the office on payment of Rs.50/- in cash or D.D. drawn in favour of the Registrar, Avinashilingam University for Women, Coimbatore-43. payable at Coimbatore together with a self addressed and stamped envelope for Rs.15/- (23 x 10 cms in size); Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu can get the prospectus and application form by paying 50% of cost of application (i.e) Rs.25/- on production of an attested copy of Community Certificate and a Higher Secondary Examination Mark list.
The application form complete in all respects including passport size photograph along with
a copy of the mark sheet of the qualifying examination passed or Internet marks
a copy of the Transfer Certificate,
a copy of the Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied,
a copy of the Community Certificate (2 copies) and
Medical Fitness Certificate should be submitted within the specified date to the office. Failure to produce these documents will result in the rejection of the application. Separate application forms must be used for each of the courses.
Spot Admission
Spot admission will be given based on marks for all the Under Graduate Courses. The candidates are advised to produce the Internet Mark Sheets (+2) and apply immediately for
registration and admission.
