Candidates must have passed B. Com., B.B.M. Degree examination conducted by the Kakatiya University or an examination recognized as equivalent by Kakatiya University and secured at least 40% marks in aggregate (only pass marks for SC/ST).

I. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS.

The University may, for administrative reasons, conduct the Entrance Test before publication of the results of qualifying Degree Examinations concerned. But qualifying in the Entrance Test alone does not confer a right of admission on a candidate. In addition to being qualified at the Entrance Test, a candidate will be eligible for admission only if he/she passes the qualifying Degree Examination before the first phase of counseling and secures the prescribed minimum marks in the subject(s) courses concerned, as mentioned in Part-II. The Candidates who took Instant/ Supplementary Examination will not be allowed unless they get qualified, on the day of counseling.

The memorandum of marks and pass certificates of the qualifying examination are not called for along with the application form for Entrance Test and the eligibility of the candidate is not verified/decided at the time of allowing the candidates to appear for the Entrance Test. Hence, even if candidates are qualified in the Entrance Test, they shall not have any right for admission unless they fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down in the rules. Such cases will be summarily rejected at the time of admission. Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission to the course he/she has applied, before appearing at the Entrance Test.

Candidates are advised to obtain duly signed acknowledgement card after submitting the application(s).

II. FILLING UP OF THE APPLICATION FORM FOR ENTRANCE TEST:

1. Application form should be filled in properly and legibly by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.

2. The candidate will be held personally responsible for any incorrect entry.

3. Incomplete applications will be rejected summarily.

4. The University reserves the right to cancel the admission at any stage if particulars furnished by the candidate are found incorrect.

III. SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FORM:

1. Application Form for Entrance Test duly filled in should be submitted at the counter concerned (or as otherwise notified) on or before the last date of submission between 10.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on all working days or as otherwise notified.

2. Candidates sending the applications for Entrance Test by post, are advised to send them sufficiently in advance so that they reach on or before the last date as prescribed. The University will not be held responsible for any postal delay or loss during transit.

3. Application form for Entrance Test received after the last date and the time prescribed will be rejected.

IV. ISSUE OF HALL TICKETS:

1. The Hall Ticket will be sent only by post and will not be issued to the candidates in person. The University will not be responsible for non-receipt of Hall Ticket due to postal delay or loss in transit.

2. Request for change of address will not be entertained. If the candidates move from the address mentioned on the application form, they have to make their own arrangement for redirection of communication.

3. In case of non-receipt of Hall Ticket, a duplicate Hall Ticket will be issued to the candidate one day before the Entrance Test concerned, during the office hours, on production of

i) Acknowledgement Receipt / Proof of submission of application form for Entrance Test.

ii) One passport size photograph, identical to the one affixed to the application form for Entrance Test.

iii) Cash/ Demand Draft for Rs. 20/- (drawn in favour of Registrar, KUCET A/c. payable at State Bank of Hyderabad, KU Branch).

V. DECLARATION OF ENTRANCE TEST RESULTS:

Marks list of Entrance Test in different subjects will be displayed on the Notice Board of Directorate of Admissions office and Marks Card(s) will also be sent to the candidates address.
