Mody Institute of Technology and Science (MITS) Deemed University u/s 3 of the U.G.C.created under Act 1956 ,Committed to Academic Excellence in Engineering & Technology, Management, Arts, Science, Commerce and Law.

Besides its visions ,its mission is Committed to excellence, the institute seeks to impart knowledge and develop skills in women to become professionals, well versed in modern technology and management practices while imbibing social sensitivity and environmental consciousness for the betterment of self and society.
Eligibility:
* Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Programmes: Pass with a minimum of 60% aggregate in 10+2 from CBSE or its equivalent from any other Board with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Computer and English
* Master of Technology (M.Tech.) Programmes(B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc.: M.C.A. for Computer Science only) in related field or its equivalent from any recognized University, with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Candidates whose final year result is awaited will be admitted provisionally and shall be confirmed on submission of the final year Marks Sheet with the required percentage of Marks
* Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.)Programme: Graduation in any discipline, from any recognized University, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates should have Mathematics as one of the subject at least up to 10+2 level. andidates whose final year result is awaited will be admitted provisionally and shall be confirmed on submission of the final year Marks Sheet with the required percentage of Marks
* Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) Programme: Graduation in any discipline, from any recognized University, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate)
* Graduation in any discipline, from any recognized University, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate: Atleast 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2
* LL. M. Programme: Atleast 50% marks in LL. B. or B.A. LL.B. in aggregate
* Ph. D. Programme: Atleast 55% marks in LL. M. in aggregate in any branch
