Most of the times, the proposals where you need to invest money turn out to be a scam at a later date. So be cautious in joining such ventures.

One has to be very careful these days online. In a quest to earn extra income most of them fall prey to online scams. One has to be very careful in judging the genuineness of any "Money Making Websites".
The previous responses are true. Those websites which demand some registration fee most of the time turn out to be fake.
We only end up losing our hard earned money instead of earning an extra income.
Google Search will give us a huge list of online earning websites, but it is in our hands to take the right decision. Before joining any such websites make sure that others who have already joined it have earned or are earning.
We do have genuine websites, but finding the right one from a huge list is very very difficult.
So please be careful before paying any registration fee.
ISC is one such genuine website, which respects every individuals hard work and efforts and rewards them accordingly.

There is a rule: if anyone offering money without any effort or real contribution towards the knowledge or in similar things, then understand it could be SCAM.

I think all of you have invested money in fake programs hence you are complaining about it.So please mention the names of programs that you think are fake.
