I was teacher of Belpahar English Medium School. This is the one of the best schools of Jharsuguda district. It is in the premises of TATA refractories colony. This school is managed by the TATA group. This school offers all the three streams of subjects in higher secondary level. That is Science, Commerce and Arts. It is situated at a nice place in the outskirts of TRL colony. It has more than fifty class rooms. It has a big assembly hall. There are more than 3600 students in our school. They are divided into different classes and divisions. There is an infrastructure provided by the TRL management. All the class rooms are having very good chairs and desks for students. The school has a very big library. There are thousand of books in it. The library is totally computerized. With a mouse click you can find a book. Children borrow books from the library. There is a facility for the parents to borrow library books from the schools after school hour for their referral. The school has two play-grounds. Children play football and hockey & khoko etc. The school also provides indoor game facility. Children are supposed to play one hour every evening under the guidance of the physical education teacher. The school shows very good results in the ICSE and ISC board examination. All the teachers take great pains in teaching. The school provides awards for the students securing more than 90% marks in the board examination.
