UNIT-III
[4] Pair wise alignment techniques Database searching, Alphabets and complexity, Algorithm and programs, Comparing two sequences, sub-sequences, Identity and similarity, The Dot plot, Local and global similarity, different alignment techniques, Dynamic Programming, Pair wise database searching.
