It is hereby notified that the Master’s Degree in Police Management (MDPM) III & IV Semester 59RR and I & II Semester 60RR Examinations are scheduled to be held in the Month of August/September, 2008. The detailed Time - Table will be issued in due course.
a) Last date for payment of examination fee without Wednesday
late fee and submission of Examination forms at 06.08.2008
the College.
b) Last date for payment of examination fee with a
late fee of Rs.100/- and submission of examination Monday
application forms at the College. 11.08.2008
EXAMINATION FEES FOR EACH SEMESTER: Rs.820/-
The candidates who are appearing first time for the I & II Semesters Examination should pay Examinations processing fee of Rs.500/- in addition to the Examination fee.
1. The candidates who are appearing for III & IV Semester Examination should enclose the Xerox copy of the Memorandum of Marks of earlier examination.
2. The candidates who are appearing first time for the I & II Semesters examination should enclose their previous qualifying Certificates duly attested by the Director, S V P N Police Academy. Further the candidates from other University should enclose their Original Migration Certificate together with fee of Rs.100/- towards Migration fee.
3. The Director is requested to enclose 'No Dues Certificate' and a copy of the Affiliation order for the year 2008-2009 with a sanctioned strength issued by the Academic Branch, O.U. and 'CLEARENCE' from the Director, Academic Audit Cell, O.U.
4. No form will be accepted without Migration Certificate in Original and other relevant documents.
5. The University has decided to accept the payment of Examination fee through Core Banking system from the colleges under Osmania University Jurisdiction as communication vide. Lr. No.171207/COE/2007, dated 17.12.2007. The Core Banking system has come in to effect from 01.04.2008.
6. The examination fees should be deposited in any branch of State Bank of Hyderabad for credit to Registrar, O.U. Examination Fee Fund A/C No. 52198262033.
7. Further after remitting the Examination fee into Registrar Examination Fee Fund Account through Core Banking system the College can obtain a receipt from the Bank and submit the same to the Examination Branch along with Examination Forms.
8. The Director is requested to forward application forms of the eligible candidates, to this office on or before 13.08.2008 after proper scrutiny & attestation.
