Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) Admissions 2008
SCDL is an approved Distance Learning Institute by Distance Education Council, Govt. of India
Admissions commenced for all post graduate programs for the academic year 2008 with effect from the date 21st April 2008.
PROSPECTUS CUM APPLICATION FORM
1. Scdl does not have any campuses/study centres/franchisee other than the main office in Pune and campuses in Bangalore and Nasik.
2. Prospectus are available at the SCDL office, Pune for cash purchase of Rs 900/- only.
3. Limited Prospectus are also available at Bangalore and Nasik SCDL Campuses,for cash purchase of Rs 900/- only.Click here for Campus Adressess
4. Prospectus are also available at select Axis Bank branches (Axis bank branch list) for cash purchase of Rs 900/- only.
5. Students can forward their request for purchase of prospectus to SCDL (Prospectus request form) along with a DD of Rs 1100/- for receipt of prospectus within India and US$ 75 for receipt of prospectus outside India.
6. Please mention your email address in the Application Form after the correspondence in the Application Form.
Note: The DD for purchase of prospectus has to be one single DD only. Prospectus cost is non refundable. Prospectus sale is subject to availability and on first come first basis.
WALK IN ADMISSIONS
Walk in Admission facility available at SCDL office, Pune.
Monday to Saturday 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. till 19th July 2008
(Institute will remain closed on 1st May 2008 on account of Labour Day)

Eligibility
For Post Graduate Programs
* Graduates in any discipline from a recognized University
* Diploma holders from recognized Polytechnic with minimum 5 years supervisory experience
* Students appearing for the final year of the graduation degree examination
* NRI's and International Students who have graduated from an Accredited University
For Diploma Program in Creative Writing(DCW)
* Age 16 years and above OR 12 th grade/Std. pass
For Certificate Program
* Graduates or Diploma holders in any discipline from a recognized University
* NRI's and International Students who have graduated from an Accredited University
Points to be noted :
* Students should refer the prospectus for the fee structure and installment plan applicable for the respective programs.
* Exams are mandatory for all student categories.
* Students are requested to keep a photocopy of all the documents and the also the Demand Draft forwarded to SCDL for future reference if required.
* Do not send cash to SCDL. The institute will not be responsible for the cash sent.
