In the year 2000 – 2001 School of Fashion Technology, Pune initiated the 3 – year bachelor’s degree curriculum with S.N.D.T. Women's University, an internationally recognized university with five-star N.A.A.C. accreditation that certifies the degree as equivalent to those offered by international degree-granting institutions.
COURSES OFFERED:
Degree Program in Fashion Apparel Design (3 Years
B.Sc. - Fashion Apparel Design
Under textile science and apparel design in the faculty of home science
Duration: Three years
Eligibility: 10 + 2 / H.S.C. OR Equivalent
Degree Program in Fashion Communication (3 Years)
B.Sc. - Bachelor of Fashion Communication
Duration: Three years
Eligibility: 10 + 2 / H.S.C. OR Equivalent
Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Retailing (2 Years)
P.G.D - Fashion Retailing
Duration: Two years
Eligibility: Full time Graduation from a recognized university in any discipline
Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Apparel Design (One and half year)
P.G.D - Fashion Apparel Design
Duration: One and half year
Eligibility: Full time Degree in Fashion from any recognized university OR B.Sc. Textile & Clothing or Equivalent ( with additional foundation course & other compulsory extra modules
How to Apply:
IN PERSON: Application forms can be obtained in person from School of Fashion Technology or down loading from the website www.sndtcet.in on the payment of Rs. 1,000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Registrar, S.N.D.T. Women's University". The filled in application form has to be sent to School of Fashion Technology, Pune. Mention your choice of centre as per your preference. Center may change as per the availability of seats.
Program Dates:
Application forms can be obtained in person at any of the below mentioned colleges on payment of Rs. 1000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of SNDTCET2008.
The filled in application form can be sent to any of the colleges mentioned below. - 18th March 2008
Last date of submission of Form - 30th April 2008
CET Examination date - 11th May 2008
Result Declaration & Merit List - 22nd May 2008
Admission- 5th June 2008
