Hi Sharath,
I dont know about what you are talking. I think you have given the responses to wrong post. Please check that and one more thing, you have posted the same response again and again.
If you want any help from me i will try my level best, but i dont think i will be able to help you much regarding ISC because i also have joined 2 months back, so i am also in learning stage.
Just i can give you one suggesion, post as many resources as you can( Quality one) and you will start gaining more knowledge as the days go by as per your experience.

An honest attempt by Sober and I'm sure it will give good idea to those who are looking to appear for any interview for that matter. However, I have been conducting interviews since last 10 years for my organization and here is what I can say: a) This may not be called a pattern since lot of conversation in this scenario is situational and also dependent on the HR person. So person reading this need to read between the lines and understand what to learn from here. b) HR rounds are not typically the decisive rounds. They are in general done when candidate is shortlisted. HR rounds are more or less about confirming the fitment of the candidate and the final take. So attitude, self-image and communication skills are very important there. c) There is no need to try to go overboard to impress the HR folks. They are in general quite smart guys and can easily make out when someone is going overboard or reacting unreal. Best bet is to be professional, comfortable, natural and to the point. Avoid appearing like a student (even if you are one) and give more feel of the professional in your talks.
