The project was my major project.
As Macleodganj is very frequent with landslides, so we decided to carry slope stabilty analysis of a recently occurred landslide.
The soil samples were brought from the affected region.
Various geotechnical test were carried on the soil, like:
- proctor test
-plastic limit
-liquid limt
-pH
-Sieve analysis(dry and wet)
-Hydrometer analysis
-Consolidation
and many more.
After all the test were completed the results were analysed using Geo-Slope Software and the slope was found to be unstable.
