ABSTRACT
Purpose of Initiative
The purpose of the Credit Management System project is to provide a standard approach to the collection of revenue in the organization, through an integrated financial package linked to PeopleSoft Financials.
Project Objectives
The project objective is to eliminate the myriad of satellite receipting systems and point of sale systems, providing a single integrated platform for revenue collection . Further, the projects objective is to provide transparency of all revenue collections, with tight financial and audit controls.

• Reduce the continuation of inconsistent and uncertified satellite systems developed to support revenue collection processes;
• Improve efficiencies, controls and security by introducing systems/ solutions that offer transparency of all transactions and internal controls;
• Reduce manual processes and the continuation of duplication of information and high administrative costs of maintaining existing systems;
• Reduce time, costs and duplication of information and effort.

• Provide overall strategy, direction and connection between business policy, practices and legislative requirements by establishing an agreed minimal level of compliance required in all current systems;

Existing System
To communicate with the ERPs management has to depend on the ERP Specialists. Which causes lot of problem for the management, And for company to update all the employees to operate the ERPs is not possible. This is due to skills of the employees and it is costly.
Proposed System
To overcome the above drawback we planned to design an interface using VB.NET. Which allows the top level management to communicate with ERPs without having any knowledge. This tool allows to accesses the revenue information based on the security privileges.
System Design
1. Administration Module
This Module is designed using VC++.NET to Communicate with ERP Package. VC++.NET Provides the different libraries to implement the System level applications.
2. Maintenance module
This Module is designed for the administrator to configure the system to communicate with ERPs and creation of user accounts, setting the security privileges and allows the top level managers to retrieve the financial information.
3. Reports
This module provides different formats of report templates to generate the reports according to their requirements.
