Project Management consultancy(PMC):A PMC is generally hired by a client in order to oversee it's massive construction projects.Roles include to draft agreement copies of various consultants,agencies &
contractors in the project,co-ordination,prepare RFPs,prepare
Project Master Schedule,prepare the tender schedule,develop
procurement plan ,review schematic design etc.
Architects:Roles include to provide pre-concept services,concept design,
schematic design and design development for the project
along with issuance of relevant working drawings,site visits etc.
Structural consultant:Preparing firm BOQS,cost estimates for the structural component
of project,provide structural designs,structural drawings,struc-
tural calculations etc. for the project.
Liaisoning Consultant: A liaisoning consultant is generally appointed by a client for liaisoning work with Govt.and other concerned authorities for
obtaining statutory apporovals for the concerned project.
Traffic Consultant:To carry out traffic analysis,traffic related planning,impact
assessment and designing of collateral supportive infrastructure
design for the concerned project.
Cost Consultancy:To provide cost consultancy services for the project including
providing BOQs,preparing Budget,Project cost plan,Cash Flow
forecast etc.
Property Consultants:To provide Concept Design including design brief,Technical
Design review and Lease Management including Tenant Mix for
the concerned project.
Besides,many builders and developers nowadays also prefer to hire Vaasthu consultants to provide consultancy on Vaasthu services for realignment of
Site Layout,Master Plan,Conceptual Design etc.
