This group includes many kinds of unicellular eukaryotic organisms.
Some of these use appendages such as hair-like cilia or whip like flagella for moving around.Their mode of nutrition can be autotrophic or heterotrophic. Examples are algae,diatoms,protozoans,paramoecium,amoeba,euglena.
