Following is the program code with description
MVI B,0AH
LXIH 2009H
LXID 2050H
Up MOV A,M
STAX D
INX D
DCX H
DCR B
JNZ Up
RST 1
Here we have two blocks with 10 contents each.First block from 2000 to 2009 which is to be reversed, for that we have taken another block with 2050 to 2059.
Here we will see the reverse order block and above code is typed on different block suppose 6000
In first step we have intialize the counter B with 10 numbers. In second we have intialize the HL pair with 2009 i.e memory location.similarly block 2050 is intialize with DL pair.In this step we have given a label Up to work in loop. Now the contents of memory location are transferred to accumulator and that contents of accumulator are transferred to the DL pair with the help of instruction STAX D.In next step we have incremented the DL pair while HL pair is decremented and also the counter is decremented by one.In ninth step JNZ Up instruction is used to check whether the zero flag is set or reset i.e. to check whether the counter is zero or not.If not then the pointer will move again to the top label Up this repeat until the condition is true.Last halt
Execute the program.
