Job Description

Collabera Technologies Pvt Ltd requires Candidate Screening Cell

The role of CSC would be from a QA perspective. As a QA check point he would be working to assure the quality of the resources we send to our clients. He would need to understand the view point of Sales as well as Delivery.

The roles & responsibilities would include:
· Screening Candidates
· Conducting Verification Checks
· Bridging the Gap between Sales and Delivery and helping them in delivering the project
· Learn and Understand new technologies

Screening Candidates:
Focuses on the Quality of the Resource
o Understand requirements / skills / deliverables / level of expertise.
o Conduct a tech-check for the candidate proposed by the delivery.
o Conduct 2nd level closings – checking availability, location, pipeline etc.

Conducting Verification Checks:
Focuses on the authenticity
o Conducting ID Check
o Conducting Education Check
o Conducting Reference Check
o Web-Cam Interviews
o In-Person Interviews at our office locations

Bridging the Gap between Sales and Delivery:
o Providing the Sales with the appropriate feedback and set the right expectations for submissions and recommendations.
o Keep a tab of the movements on the positions and candidates
o Participation in conference calls / interviews as and when required.
o Share the knowledge for technologies and projects with the team so that everyone is on the same page.

Understand and Learn New Technologies:
The requirements would not be limited to a particular skill but would be multiple in nature. The resource needs to understand the technologies, and screen resource accordingly, and share the knowledge with the team (delivery and sales) to help them understand the requirement correctly.
