Job Description
Applications are invited from eligible male / female candidates for filling up the 263 posts of Constables in South Central Railway (SCR):
* Constable : 263 posts [Male - 211 (UR-110, SC-21, ST-32, OBC-48), Female - 26 (UR-14, SC-2, ST-4, OBC-6), Ex.-SM - 26)], Pay Scale : Rs.5200-2000/- Grade Pay Rs.2000/-
* Eligibility : Matriculation or equivalent from recognised board.
* Physical Measurements (Male):
o Height : UR/OBC:165 cms, SC/ST : 160 cms, Grhwalis, Gorkhas, Kuamaonese, Dogras, Marathas, etc. : 163 cms
o Weight : UR/OBC: 50 kg. SC/ST : 48 kg cms, Grhwalis, Gorkhas, Kuamaonese, Dogras, Marathas, etc. : 49 kg.
o Chest : UR/OBC: 80, SC/ST : 76.20, Grhwalis, Gorkhas, Kuamaonese, Dogras, Marathas, etc. : 80.00
* Physical Measurements (Female):
o Height : UR/OBC:157 cms, SC/ST : 152 cms, Grhwalis, Gorkhas, Kuamaonese, Dogras, Marathas, etc. : 155 cms
o Weight : UR/OBC: 46 kg. SC/ST : 43 kg cms, Grhwalis, Gorkhas, Kuamaonese, Dogras, Marathas, etc. : 44 kg.
