Job Description: the role is of a Sr. Relationship Manager as Portfolio Head. Managing ones own portfolio and to guide and support the RM's for their portfolio.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Deepening of relation for book growth and meet budgeted NFI from Trade and Fx.
Responsible for providing all trade and fx solutions to the customers.
New to Bank onboarding of customers for Business banking.
CMS proposition
Cross sell of investment and insurance to increase cross holding.
to achieve maximum wallet share of the customer.
Audit & Compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- a post graduate preferably in finance and marketing.
- with at least 7 years of working experiense in sales and marketing with a focus in relationship management.
- Good knowledge of selected market and customer segments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
