Description : Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will analyze any customer requirements related to their Customer Care and Billing System, and translate these requirements into functional specifications. Details evaluation will be required for best fit solutions within billing system for the customer’s business needs in cooperation with the technical consultants to ensure end-user satisfaction and new requirements are met in a timely manner within the cost projections and with quality. Also required to propose suitable and easy workaround for non 100% compliant requirements. At the same time CR (Change Requests) will be need to be established and coordinated effectively and in line with the clients needs.
Main Responsibilities / Principal Accountabilities
Able to conducting interviews and document the result of interview for information gathering purposes with clients.
Identify and analyze business requirements, and dealing with their needs in a timely manner.
Understand client’s requirements and using your subject matter expertise, translate them into business and functional specifications. Then communicating those requirements to the technical team using a technical language.
Ability to present results on an adhoc basis to Client’s Senior Level Management using a commercial language.
