If you have interest in research oriented studies, its better to opt for M.tech or if you just want to go for application oriented studies, then choose MCA.Being done B.tech my personal advice is either to go for M.tech or MBA,but as you are interested in computer stream,go for M.tech.

since you want to learn more in CSE field so you should go for m-tech.
in MBA you will find only business knowledge. in mtech you can find your interested field on which you can do more research. you should try to do mtech only from best colleges.and job in it has good package also.

Hi,

It is better for you to go for M.Tech in case you do not want to leave computer science. You can get MBA(IT) but that might not be core technical related rather it would provide overview of many a things.

You can go through at M.Tech Colleges & MBA Colleges to get details of colleges offering these courses.

Best wishes,
Vivek

Hi,
Its better for you to go for M.Tech if you want to go in Teaching job.But if you wabt to woek in Organizations at some higher level than i will suggest you to go for MBA (IT).This is field in which you can go very high in any organization and this will ve very good for your carrier growth.

Hi,
I am also agree with Vivek, as you are eager you can go for M.Tech or MS. You can prepare for GATE to get admission in IITs. Or you can prepare to go out side India, specially USA to do MS in computer. Stanford, University of California, Berkeley, Georgia Tech and so on, all of which have excellent courses in computers. The GRE and TOEFL both are needed for admissions to these courses (US universities).
