Thank you very much for giving me the "Member of the Month" award.
Only, I would say that I will give my best effort here and whenever I get time, I will work diligently and consistently everyday with no end, to accomplish the ISC growth. And I know that if I keep working hard and believing in myself that it would all come right for me.

Winning is not always important, regardless of what the outcome is. What's important is we should always come into work with a great attitude and accomplished work must be appreciated.
What I learned at the organizations where I worked is — a transparent work environment can serve as one of the primary triggers to facilitate accountability, trust, communication, responsibility, pride and so on. It is believed that in a transparent work culture employees rigorously communicate with their peers and exchange ideas and thoughts before they are finally matured in to full-blown concepts. It induces responsibility among employees and accountability towards other peers, which gradually builds up trust and pride.
More importantly, transparency in work environment discourages work-politics which often hinders company goals as employees start to advance their personal objectives at the expense of development of the company as a single entity.
In my opinion, diligence, performance, transparency in work environment are the main key of success of an organization.
I would like to say thank to the ISC management for selecting me the "Member of the Month". Only I can say to the management that I will diligently contribute to the ISC's continued success over the coming years.
