Dear K.Mohan,
PM wants peace with our neighour, so do I, you and many more. Question is can we have peace despite our intentions. We are encircled by troubling neighours. Genuine overture from our side is not being reciprocated well. How can we forget our recent history. We must not let our gaurd down and look to solve our internal problems. One thing is clear that our internal troubles are being exploited by our neighours to forment troubles. If we are strong in terms of our economy, security we can look forward towards peaceful future. Only guarantee of peace is strong nation with charecter. If we are powerful no one will be able to exploit the situation. India is a peace loving nation, but our intentions should not be taken as being coward.

India always stood for peace, irrespective of our Government in power. If there is peace, then development also is there. When the neighbours sharpen their swords, how can we sincerely work for peace?
Two of our major neighbours always create issues to divert our attention from development. We are forced to set apart a good junk of our budget for defence, because of this. These neighbours also talk about peace in public, but undermine the same in private.
Because of these terrorist attacks within the country, our administration, again could not concentrate on the developmental works. Actually, these 'neighbours' are aiming at disrupting our development. India is developing and is very close to a developed country status. This is irking them, hence they are working against peace. Our PM is sincere in his speech and actions.
