This is a good move and members can know where their contributions are missing and they can try to contribute there.
Hello Abhimanyu!
You need not to be a gold member to earn cash credits. Even silver level members are eligible for awards and cash credits. Only, for the Google adsense revenue sharing program, the members should be in gold level or higher.

Its good to have this score board system in ISC. But, I think it will be much better to have a score board which shows our earnings which include the resources, posts in forum, ask experts, etc., in which we have earned cash credits. I think it will be a great idea to implement this system of score board which shows our post for which we have earned.
