Hey Here's the recipe for tasty malai kofta's
For the Kofta: 1/2 kg potatoes crumbled paneer as much you like, khoya and thick malai 4-5 cashew nuts chopped some kishmish 2-3 finely chopped green chillies 1/4 tsp sugar 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp red-chili powder Salt To Taste cooking oil Oil for frying the koftas
For the gravy:
medium onions,chopped flakes garlic,crushed ginger,crushed tomatoes puree 1 tsp red-chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp dhania(coriander) powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 2 tsp powdered poppy seeds 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tbsp ground peanuts/cashewnuts
How to make malai kofta :
Boil the potatoes. mash and add salt to taste. leave them and Mix all the other ingredients for the kofta into a paste. Make rounds of the potato dough and place a little of the prepared mixture in the center of each round. Seal the edges and shape into stuffed rounds. Deep fry each kofta till golden brown. Drain and keep aside. Blend together the onions, ginger, garlic and fry in oil till brown and the oil begins to separate. Add the pureed tomatoes and the masala powders. Add some malai to thicken the gravy The gravy will begin to thicken. Mix in some water if necessary. When the gravy comes to a boil, add the koftas. Serve hot with some grated paneer and hara dhania over it.

Hi,
Ingredients: For the Kofta: 2 Potatoes 1/4 cup green peas 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cummin powder 2 tsp milk oil for deep frying bread crumbs salt to taste
Gravy: 1 onion 4 TBSP tomato puree 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 2 green chillies 150 gms of fresh cream 1 TBSP of garam masala 2 TBSP of oil salt to taste
Procedure:
Kofta: 1. Boil the potatoes and green peas 2. Mash them and mix all the ingredients except for bread crumbs and oil. 3. Make balls of this mixture and keep 4. Roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry them in oil and keep them aside.
Gravy:
1. Take a sauce pan. Heat the oil. 2. Add the finely cut onions and fry till golden brown. 3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off 4. Add the tomato puree and cook for 2 mins. 5. Add the garam masala and salt and cook on reduced flame for 1 min 6. Add the cream slowly and keep stirring. Make sure the heat is very less. 7. Add the kofta balls 8. Cook for another 2 mins and serve hot with parathas

Deep fry each kofta till golden brown. Drain and keep aside. * Blend together the onions, ginger, garlic and the poppy seeds and fry in 3 tbsp of oil till brown and the oil begins to seperate. * Add the pureed tomatoes and the masala powders. * Add the sugar and the ground peanuts. * The gravy will begin to thicken. * You can also add some malai to thicken it some more. * Mix in some water if necessary. * When the gravy comes to a boil, add the koftas. * Heat through and serve the malai kofta. * Note: In this malai kofta receipe , the koftas should be put in just before eating the dish or else they will turn soggy.
