Open Pyleoplasty

Hi,

Since last year I am stuck with a back pain in the right Abdomen.
When I consulted with a physician, he asked me to a CT Scan and Ultra Sound.
From the reports he referred me to An Urologist.
According to the Urologist, my right Kidney has Swollen up due to a blockage in the Uterus.
He needs to do Pyleoplasty and remove the blockage.
Now the problem is that I am confused wheather I should go for an Open Pyleoplasty or a Laproscopic one.

Please help me out ASAP.
