Hello Dear, Normally our stomach can store around half Kg that means full normal dish. Like chapatti, rice etc… this type of normal dish contain around 3 to 4 thousand calories. When we eat this full dish we’ll get some laziness and some times fatty body. And if we take 1/3rd of this dish that means 1/3rd of our stomach capacity we will be active after taking meal also because science said that young one(around 65kg) need 2000 to 3000 calories per day. That means 1.5 thousand for half day and dear friend for 1.5 thousand calories we should eat 1/3rd of our stomach capacity. If we take more food then need then our digestive hormones and enzyme will wasted more and also it takes more time for digestion and its result in fatty body, laziness, stomach pain, gas trouble loose motion. Whatever mention in ISLAM is scientifically proved so I explain you in scientific language. Religious said that you should eat 1/3rd, Otherwise you will get trouble in future which I mention in scientific language above.
