Question 2 Distinguish between “Organizational behavior “ and “Behavior of Organizations”. Why is organizational behavior studied? Also discuss in brief the nature and scope of organizational behavior in India. (10) Question 3 “Learning theory can be used to explain behavior and to control behavior”. Explain the validity of the statement. (10) Question 4 Explain various theories of personalities. Explain in brief with examples which of them is convincing to you and why? (10) Question 5 Distinguish between stereotyping and perceptual selection, as well as perception and sensation. State in brief how managers can develop their own perceptual skills.. (10) Question 6 Why is change necessary? Why is change resisted? State in brief the various sources in an organization and explain how would you, as a manager, overcome employees resistance to change? (10) Question 7 What obstacle arise in performance appraisal? Which would you advocate and why?
