6. Discuss the factors influencing the Promotional Mix.
7. Distinguish between Market Information System and Marketing Research.
8. List out the rights of consumers stated in the Consumer Protection Act.
PART B — (4 * 15 = 60 marks)
Answer any FOUR questions in about 400 words each.
All questions carry equal marks.
9. Describe in detail the four P’s in marketing.
10. What are the external environmental factors that affect the Company’s Marketing System?
11. Explain in detail the stages in Product Life Cycle.
12. Write an essay on the ‘‘Pricing Policies” to be adopted by a company.
13. Enumerate the factors affecting the selection of an advertisement media.
14. List out the steps involved in personal selling process.
15. Explain the procedure to be followed in the marketing research.
